New service makes it easy to file divorce, evictions cases

Turbo Court FORT PIERCE, FLA. (Jan. 25, 2021) – The St. Lucie Clerk’s office has partnered with TurboCourt to allow customers to easily file divorce, evictions and domestic violence cases. The online system auto-populates court forms and files cases and documents directly into the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal.

“Filing court documents can be an intimidating task, especially if you aren’t familiar with the process and paperwork,” said Michelle Miller, St. Lucie County Clerk & Comptroller. “By partnering with TurboCourt, we hope to make it easier for customers to file their court documents without making common errors that would delay their cases.”

Once signed up, customers select the type of case they would like to file. Then they select the county to access the correct forms. The system will request information to enter into the forms. After the forms are complete, they can be e-filed directly into the state courts system.

Customers can access the TurboCourt services at turbocourt.com. Forms are $10 each, but domestic violence forms are free.
